<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">- Nouille (macarrão chinês);</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">- Cenoura, abobrinha, cebola,Champignon,  couve manteiga;</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">- Camarão, salmão e surimi (kani no  Brasil);</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">- Molho de soja, pimenta, ervas;</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Modo de preparo:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Numa panela a parte colocar o macarrão  quando a água estiver fervendo, retirar do fogo, tampar a panela e  deixar por 4 minutos, depois mexer (para “soltar” um do outro). Numa  frigideira colocar a cebola e deixar dourar, depois ir colocando os  ingredientes (os legumes por último)! Os legumes eu cozinhei a parte e  coloquei no final , não sei se necessariamente precisaria ser a parte!</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Ontem acabei colocando a cebola junto com  os demais e não ficou legal, o ideal é realmente que seja como dito  acima.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">- 150 gramas de Farinha Integral ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 3 ovos ;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">- 50 gramas de margarina light ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 1 colher de sopa de fermento ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 65 gramas de queijo feta ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 50 gramas de azeitona  (usei a verde) ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 100 gramas de presunto de frango em cubinhos ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- 30 gramas de queijo ralado ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">- Sal, pimenta ;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Modo de preparo: </strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Misturar a farinha, fermento e ovos batidos com sal e pimenta. Adicionar 50 gramas de margarina light derretida, 125 ml de leite desnatado e misturar, adicionar em seguida o queijo feta, 30 gramas de queijo ralado, a azeitona e os cubinhos de presunto, colocar tudo em uma forma e levar ao forno por 45 minutos ( pré-aquecer a 180 graus) .</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Dividi em 10 porções, 2,5 pontos (cada)</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">- Sal, curry, um pouco de azeite;</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">- 100g de queijo ralado (como eu não tinha, usei 2 fatias de queijo picadas);</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">- 1 cebola;</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">- 20g de margarina para untar a forma (eu usei forma de silicone e não usei  margarina);</p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Modo de fazer:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">* Creme: Misturar 100g (ou um pouco mais) de creme de leite, sal, azeite e curry.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Cozinhar por 5 minutos o brócolis, untar a forma, cortar o brócolis e “arrumá-lo” na forma, dourar a cebola e colocar por cima, colocar o presunto cortadinho , colocar por cima o “creme” e por cima o queijo.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Deixar no forno por cerca de 20/25 minutos (pré-aquecer por 10 minutos).</p>

<span class="post">* 1 colher de sobremesa de azeite de oliva (para refogar) </span><br />
<span class="post">* 1 parte de cebola pequena (picada em cubos pequenos) </span><br />
<span class="post">* 1.5 xícaras de água quente </span><br />
<span class="post">* sal a gosto </span><br />
<span class="post">* 2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite fresco </span><br />
<span class="post">* queijo parmesão (compre um pedaço e rale na hora) a gosto </span><br />
<span class="post">* 1 colher de sopa de manteiga </span></p>
<p><span class="post">PASSO A PASSO </span></p>
<p><span class="post">1. Refogue a cebola no azeite até murchar </span><br />
<span class="post">2. Adicione a Quinoa e misture bem. </span><br />
<span class="post">3.Coloque a água da conserva do palmito. </span><br />
<span class="post">Dica: Quem tiver com uma garrafa de vinho branco seco aberta pode tbém colocar 1/2 taça neste momento. </span><br />
<span class="post">4: Adicione o sal. </span><br />
<span class="post">5: Aos poucos adicione a água quente. A quinoa vai quadruplicar o seu tamanho e quando estiver cozida terá a consistência do arroz cozido. </span><br />
<span class="post">6: Adicione o palmito cortado em rodelas e desligue o fogo. </span><br />
<span class="post">7: No final coloque a manteiga para dar brilho e o creme de leite para criar a cremosidade. Sirva com parmesão ralado. </span></p>
